Los Patios is proud to host an alcohol-free celebration that puts wellness, family connection, and community first.
Held on their 18-acre property along Salado Creek, this FREE, open-to-the-public event welcomes more than 2,000 guests each year for live music, local vendors, family activities, and recovery-aligned resources in a setting designed to be inclusive and safe for all ages.
By creating a spirit-free Fiesta experience, we support individuals in recovery, families impacted by addiction, and community members who choose not to drink. Sponsorships and community partnerships help sustain free admission, youth programming, and prevention-focused initiatives that strengthen long-term wellness across San Antonio.
