This teen-exclusive culinary workshop features popular recipes from Japanese cuisine! In this three-hour cooking class, participants will learn how to make refreshing cucumber salad (Sunomono), delicious, pan-fried veggie gyoza, and ramen complete with marinated egg (Ajitsuke Tamago) and toppings over a miso broth. This workshop is taught and supervised by Garden education staff.
