The festival will also feature 100+ spooky vendors, independent artists, horror collectibles, oddities dealers, card readings, photo-op activations, and more! This part of the event is absolutely FREE to attend and is a full-on celebration of the Halloween season with creepy decor, costume contests, and the exceptional works of talented creators, imaginative vendors, and horror enthusiasts from right here in San Antonio and all over Texas.
