This workshop will allow you to prepare and practice for the arrival of your baby with hands-on activities! This FREE workshop is taught by our Certified Childbirth Educators. Our goal is to help you feel prepared and confident going into your parenting journey!
We will cover:
-Swaddling
-Burping baby
-Changing a diaper
-Proper hygiene practices
-Calming and sleeping baby
-Best safety practices, and more!
Let's laugh, relax, and start preparing to take care of your newborn baby together! Our certified team of experts are excited to get you best prepared for the arrival of your new little one!
Please bring your questions and be prepared to take notes throughout this workshop.
