We provide excellent coaching and instruction to juniors and adults. In addition to indoor volleyball, we have just started a sitting volleyball league!

Just recently we have partnered with Maximum Explosion Training and Fitness (MaxxFIT) to handle all of our strength and conditioning and Vertimax training. MaxxFIT is a fitness based company that prides itself on pushing athletes of all types. MaxxFIT is designed not only for the beginner but also for the advanced athlete – ages 9U to 18U. When the game or competition comes down to the wire and the athletes are matched skill for skill, the difference maker can easily be how conditioned the athlete is to continue competing at maximum capacity under extreme pressure. The ONLY way to get an edge over the equally matched player or team is through strength and conditioning training.
