YAP Mental Health professionals are trained in delivering trauma-informed services that help build resilience and promote healing. Our evidence-based care is individualized to address each child’s unique mental health diagnosis and symptoms.
We provide behavioral health services to Medicaid & CHIP recipients ages 3 to 20 (ages 18-20 depending on insurance). Our services include case management, skills training and development (coping/life/social/parenting/etc. skills), therapy, and psychiatric services.
Our services are community-based meaning we will provide them in your home, community setting, or school if preferred. We are here to support you.
