Smoothing the Way

Smoothing the Way began in 1999, as a monthly support group for those new to homeschooling. Since then, it has experienced many changes in format, but the heart of Smoothing the Way remains mentoring parents who want to teach their children at home. Through teacher training material, convention counseling, and private consultation, our mission is to equip and encourage parents in the rewarding, but often daunting, task of home-schooling.
