Steele Montessori Academy

Steele Montessori Academy will establish a community where ALL students have access to a Montessori education. Our students will be intentional, empathetic, adaptable, creative, and independent. Students will take initiative to care for themselves, each other, and the world around them.

We believe in student-centered teaching using the Montessori approach and a strong emphasis on creating independent individuals who show empathy and compassion. Our teachers are Montessori-trained and instruction is delivered through multi-age groupings, hands-on learning, and self-directed activity via a program developed in collaboration with the National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector.
