Cibolo Center for Conservation Summer Camps

The Cibolo and our natural world are in danger and need rescue but fear not all hope is not lost for rumor has spread of a group of noble adventurer’s coming to the rescue! This year we’re training an elite group of campers to join us on a Quest at the Cibolo. Each week will focus on a different aspect of our summer’s quest and how that is important for our campers on their journey to better themselves and the world around them. Campers will be broken into different teams where throughout the week they will participate in various games, STEM activities, Hikes, Archery, Songs, and other fun as they learn about that week’s Nature based theme. In doing so they will engage with each other in the natural world in activities designed to challenge them and provide them with the opportunity for risky play to help them grow both intellectually and emotionally. Each week will culminate in a Friday celebration where they will be recognized for their growth contributions to the group amongst their peers as they leave with a physical memento to demonstrate what they learned on their journey that week.
