Hello! I'm a Registered Nurse with experience in hospital and home birth, and I offer childbirth education classes in your home or online. There are options to do private or group classes as well. This class covers what to expect during labor, pain management techniques, common medical interventions, partner support tips, how to advocate in labor, chest/breastfeeding tips, newborn care, and what to expect postpartum.
