Leon Valley Community Pool

Across the street from Raymond Rimkus Park is the Leon Valley Community Pool. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. The pool is free this season; however you must be a resident of Leon Valley. We ask that residents please go to the front administration desk at the Leon Valley City Hall located at 6400 El Verde. The hours of operation of City Hall are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday. Leon Valley residents will be asked to fill out a short application, with proof of residence (driver’s license, or utility bill). They will be given blue resident wrist bands for each member of their family. In addition, each family will be allowed up to five guests. Separate green wrist bands will be issued on-site, at the pool for guests. Check the pool page for days and times. The Blue Marlins swim team calls this pool home and, for a nominal fee, your kids can get swim lessons and a chance to compete in swim meets around the area.
