
"Building the Foundation"
Ages: 6-10
Participants will leave with the knowledge of proper exercises and stretches to keep them within an optimum fitness level. Prepare them for future athletic workouts. They will receive knowledge regarding nutrition and body index for their age group. They will be taught leadership qualities, how to maintain a work ethic that will contribute to becoming well rounded. They will learn basic basketball skills and terminology through drills and extensive demonstrations.
"What It Take to Be a Student Athlete"
Ages: 10-14
Includes the knowledge of what it takes to be a student athlete. We are focusing on molding participants to become well rounded. This includes defensive and offensive schemes that are needed when a participant is transitioning from elementary to middle school.
“What It Is To Be A Student Athlete"
Ages: 14-18
Includes the knowledge of what to do now that they have decided to become a student athlete. Our overall focus is developing well-rounded student athletes. We will cover basketball offensive and defensive skills through drills and demonstrations at an advanced level. This is great for middle school participants transitioning to high school and high school participants transitioning to college.
