Abby's Attic - ZenBroidery Class

ZenBroidery is like coloring-- with needle and thread!
This in-person class comes with all materials you need to create and finish your project. You might not finish your project in class but you will learn all the basics so that you can finish it at your leisure! Plus you get to take all your materials with you.
You will learn some basic hand embroidery stitches, (which are the building blocks for more complex stitches). Depending on the project design you will learn 5-6 of any of these:
--running stitch
--backstitch
--stem stitch
--split stitch --
--french knot
--chain stitch
--lazy daisy
--satin stitch
Materials included are:
-Fabric or tote bag for the project
-Embroidery hoop
-One embroidery needle
-Embroidery floss (a variety of colors depending on project design)
-Fabric or felt remnants
-Buttons, sequins, or beads
