Harmony has a great Royal Icing 101 class in store for her students. Everyone will make their own batch of royal icing, then color and bag it. Then the real fun begins…with the decorating. All kinds of techniques are used in this design, including wet-on-wet icing patterns. There is very limited spaces available for this class.
