Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas - Nourish and Flourish

Lena L., a member of Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas, is pairing with the San Antonio Food Bank to organize an educational event as part of a Girl Scout Gold Award Project.
Flourish and Nourish will feature hands-on activities for area youth to learn about food availability, cooking, gardening, nutrition and fitness, animal care assistance provided by the Food Bank, and much more. Youth may sign up to attend with a caregiver.
Participants should plan to check-in between 9:00-9:15 AM on September 28 with stations running from 9:30-noon and an optional tour of the San Antonio Food Bank at noon.
