At Government Canyon State Natural Area, it’s all about water. Learn more about the Edwards Aquifer and its recharge zone as you explore the Bluff Spurs, Sendero Balcones, and Recharge Trails in a 3.5-mile loop. Be aware that this hike includes some elevation gain and loss over rough, rocky topography.

This hike is open to all ages. Minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. No pets please. This is a public program intended for individuals or families.
