Crochet 101 at Abby's Attic

Kids ages 7-12 are welcome to join us for Crochet 101! Learn more about the art of crocheting through beginner techniques while making new friends!
Crochet Class
Beginner 1:
-Hooks and yarn size
-slip knot & chaining
-single crochet
-counting chains/rows
-finishing off ends
-first project: coasters
Beginner 2:
-double crochet
-treble crochet
-straight edges & increase/decreasing
-beginning to read patterns
-second project: headband
Beginner 3:
-crochet in the round
-more advanced stitches (shell stitch, puff stitch, bobble stitch, etc) review and practice a couple
-embroider with crochet
-third project: Beanie
