This is a FREE event! AND you don’t have to find a babysitter for this one
Bring your little plus one & get a workout in! All you need is a yoga mat!
All fitness levels are welcome!
All mamas are welcome - little one or not!
Workout starts at 11:00 AM, Please get there 15-30 minutes beforehand to set up & warm up.
We are focused on making this a place where we can meet more moms, have fun & let the kids/babies have fun too!
This will be located at a family friendly local brewery!
The place will open as soon as we finish up. After the workout, there will be a food truck to grab food & everyone who has joined the event will get discounted drinks!!
There will be kid-friendly drinks as well like root beer, 2 fizzy local sodas, & the food truck has sodas available as well. You are also welcome to bring your own juice, lemonade etc for the kiddos.
