Free Health Screening, Backpacks and School Supply distribution on Saturday July 22,2023 for student's Pre-K to 12th grade in San Antonio.
Grace Pavilion Community Outreach (GPCO) is hosting a FREE Health-Fair & Back to School Event! Our goal is to distribute over 4000 Backpacks with School Supplies to students in Pre-K to 12th grade.
FREE Health Screenings for adults and children.
Services Include:
-4000 Free Backpack and School Supplies
-Food Distribution and Snacks
-Free Health Screenings
i. Mammogram
ii. Vaccinations
iii. Wellness Check (BMI, Blood & Sugar, and Blood Pressure Check)
iv. Dental & Eye Screening
v. Kidney Function Screening
vi. HIV/AIDS Testing etc.
We ask attendees to cooperate with our volunteers for successful mobilization and distribution efforts.
Note: Backpacks and Food Boxes will be distributed on a first come first serve basis, so come out early!
