Adobo Throwdown 4.0 is a free, two-day Filipino culinary competition and food expo celebrating Filipino food, culture, and community at the Garden Ridge Community and Event Center. Families can enjoy professional and amateur adobo competitions, the Ube Throwdown dessert competition, food and marketplace vendors, cooking demonstrations, cultural performances, a fashion show, raffles, and family-friendly activities.
