BiblioTech Public Library is proud to host Nathan Jones, Director of Curation at the Alamo, for a fascinating presentation exploring Texas’s connection to the American Revolution. Discover how Texas played a role during this pivotal era and how later movements, including the Mexican War of Independence and the Texas Revolution, viewed themselves as linked to the founding ideals of the United States.

Participants will also have the unique opportunity to view replica artifacts from the Alamo’s collection, offering a glimpse into daily life in San Antonio de Béxar during these transformative periods in history.
