
Get ready to reel in the big one! This FREE community event invites young anglers to test their skills and connect with nature in a friendly, competitive environment. Compete for the longest Single Bass, Catfish, and Sunfish.
The Fin Addict Angler Foundation and The Greenline SA at Brooks are partnering together to host the Annual "Setting the Hook" Youth Fishing Tournament, where the youth can sport their skills and enjoy the experience with family and friends. Make this event an annual family tradition.
Tournament Schedule:
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: On-site registration and check-in.
8:30 AM – 8:45 AM: Tournament rules and safety briefing.
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM/12:00 PM: Fishing tournament.
12:30 PM: Awards ceremony for longest single Bass, Catfish, and Sunfish.
Eligibility and Participation:
-Age Divisions are split into two categories: ages 5–10 and 11–16.
-Requirements: Participants must bring proof of age (ID) and be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-Equipment: Anglers are permitted to use their own fishing gear.
