What it is:
Jarels Toy Chest is San Antonio's largest free toy giveaway event, dedicated to bringing the magic of Christmas to children whose families may be facing financial pressures. It has been running for more than 28 years and has distributed thousands of high-quality, brand-name toys to children ages 0 to 10.
How it works:
Bring your child ages 0 to 10. No registration or ID is required. The event is first-come, first-served. The earlier families arrive, the better the chances of receiving toys.
Each child who is present receives one high-quality toy and a raffle ticket for a free bicycle.
Entertainment and volunteer-led gift wrapping sessions add to the festive experience with face painting, music, balloons, and more!
