South Texas Off-Road Mountain Bikers (STORM) hosts this free annual youth mountain biking event on the dirt trails at McAllister Park.
This is an excellent opportunity for parents and children to get out on the dirt trails and see how fun mountain biking can be. During this trail riding introduction, kids will learn basic trail skills and trail etiquette. Participants will meet at the McAllister Park practice fields parking lot at Pavilion 5 near the bike skills course and pump track.
The Texas Interscholastic Mountain Bike League will join STORM in getting More Kids on Bikes! This event welcomes everyone—whether you’re new to mountain biking or an experienced rider looking to connect with a new team.
