Did you ever wish you could speak the language of the birds? Can the sounds they make really be considered a language? Learn more about the science behind bird songs, gather tips for improving your birding skills in this area, and play Birdsong Bingo to practice!
This activity is stationary (no hike). While birders of all ages are welcome, the activity is best for ages 8+. Minors must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. No pets please.
Where to Meet:
This activity will be in the Gallery, the screened structure near the Visitor Center. Lot A or B will be the closest parking.
Dress for time spent outdoors, even though this is a seated activity.

Registration is NOT required for this activity. Plan to arrive early as Saturdays can be very busy, and there is often a long line at the Fee Booth.
Though the event is free, entrance fees to the Natural Area do apply. The park often fills to capacity. To ensure entrance and save time at the Fee Booth, please pre-purchase and print out a day pass.
