The Children’s Ballet of San Antonio - Polar Express Auditions

The Children's Ballet of San Antonio is committed to keeping the tradition of the holiday season alive! CBSA invites Dancers, Gymnasts, Actors and Performing Artists ages 8 to 19 to audition for The Polar Express! CBSA auditions are open to performing artists from all over San Antonio and more than 30 surrounding areas. Artists at all experience levels are encouraged to audition.
CBSA’s The Polar Express will be presented at the Empire Theatre on December 5-7, 2025. All artists will be cast in roles that showcase and highlight their individual talents and strengths. Artists will also have the opportunity to work with fantastic local choreographers!
Artists are required to register to secure their audition spot. Auditions are free.
Schedule:
6:00-7:00 PM: Acting/Vocal Auditions (Ages 8-12)
7:00-8:00 PM: Dance Auditions (All)
8:00-9:00 PM: Acting/Vocal Auditions (Ages 13+)
*You must participate in all aspects of the auditions to be considered for a role in The Polar Express.

All rehearsals will be held on Saturdays at DCSA (subject to change), with the final production being held at the Empire Theatre. If you do not already have an account with CBSA, you will need to create one after clicking on the registration link below. Once you have created or logged in to your account, please select Register for Classes from the parent portal. Please register for the audition time that corresponds to your dancer's age under the “Polar Express 2025 Auditions” tab.
