Stars & Stripes on Houston Street, presented by USAA, returns in 2026 for a historic Fourth of July celebration honoring America’s 250th birthday!
This July 4th, Downtown San Antonio comes alive with a full day of fun, family-friendly experiences, live entertainment, local flavor, and unforgettable moments in the heart of Military City, USA.
This year’s celebration is bigger than ever, with four signature events:
- 8:30 AM Stars & Stripes Downtown 5K
Kick off the day with a festive run.
- 10:00 AM Stars & Stripes Independence Day Parade | 10:00 AM
- 10:00 AM Stars & Stripes Music & Food Festival at Civic Park.
Enjoy live local and regional music, food vendors, community activations, and family fun.
- 9:00 PM Stars & Stripes Downtown Spectacular
Close out the night with a dazzling fireworks display over Downtown San Antonio, presented by the FirstDay Foundation.
