Join us on the second Thursday of every month for Stroller Strides at Butterfly Coffee! Come for the workout, then stay and play after with coffee and an amazing playground for the kids.
Stroller Strides is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.
Bring your little ones or come by yourself - moms of all ages and stages are welcome. Little ones under 5 must be in a stroller or baby carrier throughout class - we keep them entertained!
Your first class is always free, so join us for some cardio, strength, mama community, and of course, coffee!
