Chalk It Up at Patrick Heath Public Library

Patrick Heath Public Library is kicking off its summer programming with a burst of color and creativity at the Chalk Festival and Sidewalk Chalk Competition. Artists of all ages and skill levels are invited to transform the library’s sidewalks into vibrant works of art.
Participants can register as individuals, teams, or as representatives of organizations. Awards will be given in categories including Judge’s Choice, Artist’s Choice, and Audience Choice.
In addition to the chalk competition, guests can explore Artist’s Alley in the library’s Community Room, showcasing the talents of local creators and vendors. Local food trucks will also be on site to provide tasty refreshments during the event.
Admission is free, and registration is required to participate in the competition.
