Safety Around Water Class at Schertz Family YMCA

In partnership with POOLCORP and their program SWiMPACT!, we are proud to bring back Safety Around Water to the Schertz community!

Safety Around Water (SAW) consists of certified instructors who will teach your youth water safety and let them explore all their possibilities. The Y believes that every child deserves the opportunity to learn how to swim.

The YMCA’s SAW Classes will introduce the following:
• Exercise to help youth adjust to being in the water
• Fun activities to reinforce skills learned
• Instruction on how to help themselves, if in trouble

This is a FREE one-day event for ages 5 to 12 years.
