Join with other autistic and ADHD teens in the community to connect and grow creatively!
Teens will practice ways to use creativity to build resilience against stress.
-Develop lifelong healthy coping tools and skills.
-Discover more about themselves and their needs.
-Find ways to safely communicate difficult things.
-Get out of Fight/Flight defense mode and find calm.
-Envision a hopeful future for themselves.
-Learn simple mindfulness techniques for self-control.
-Build social skills and self-confidence in a group setting.
For ages 12+
Art materials and light snacks will be provided.
Participants are welcome to bring their own sketchbooks, notebooks, music, or other creations to work on or share with each other.
