

For 3rd-5th grade (ages 8-12) this 10-session (45 minutes each) program builds social and emotional skills such as goal setting, decision making, communication, peer resistance, conflict resolution, and media literacy. Students learn positive social skills, build self-esteem, develop healthy coping strategies, and understand the risks of substance use. Designed for classrooms of 15-25 students.

It supports academic success and a healthy classroom environment.

For grades 5-12, this 10-session program (30-45 min each) strengthens mental health, reduces discipline issues, prevents bullying and substance use, and enhances classroom management. Lessons align with academic standards and support social-emotional and brain-based learning. Each lesson addresses multiple academic objectives.
