Texas 4-H is part of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and the Texas A&M System. Founded in 1908, 4-H is the largest youth development program in Texas, reaching more than 550,000 youth each year.
4-H is a national youth development program growing the leaders of tomorrow. 4-H is a club for kids and teens ages 5-18. You may think 4-H is only for your friends with animals, but it’s so much more! In 4-H youth learn leadership, public speaking, and various life skills, compete in 4-H events, have fun, and make lasting friendships. You can participate in activities like shooting sports, food science, healthy living, robotics, fashion, and photography. There are so many opportunities for youth including college scholarships.
Our club meets every Wednesday from 12-3 for project meetings. We also meet an additional day once or twice a month for field trips or community service. We meet on the Northwest side of town near Shaenfield and 1604. Contact us if you would like to join us
