Concussion/TBI Study - Paid Survey for Students

Research Study: We are recruiting students!

Who: Parents/Guardians - Is your child a student aged 10-17 who sustained a brain injury/concussion in the past 3 years, and lives in Bexar County, TX, or the surrounding area? Will you give your permission for them to complete an online survey (about 10 minutes) about their brain injury/concussion?

About: We are the Center on Brain Injury Research & Training (CBIRT) at the University of Oregon. We're working with Texas A&M University-San Antonio on this study. We're trying to learn about why kids with brain injury/concussion struggle when they return to school and what things might help them.

Pay: We will mail them a $20 gift card after they complete the online survey.
