Established in 2005, within a roughly 3,000 sqft converted HEB warehouse, the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center hosts a multitude of mediums, works, and events that expand our interpretation of the world around us. The Visual Arts Program at the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center offers exhibitions, artist talks, and tours open and free to our neighbors and tourists alike. Additionally, Visual Arts also hosts annual programming such as the Dia De Los Muertos altar community exhibition the Hecho a Mano/Made by Hand fine arts & crafts market, and an invite-only event wherein local artisans are invited to sell their wares.
On average, our programming features a new exhibition roughly every 6–8 weeks, with an emphasis on local and regional artists. The goal of the visual arts program has been to highlight the artistic excellence of local intercultural dialogue via the visual arts discipline. We hope you plan your next visit with our Galería in mind.
