Cultural Care Au Pair offers families a unique childcare alternative and au pairs the chance to gain work and life experience in the USA.
Our host families live in communities all over the country and share a common desire to provide live-in, one-on-one care for their children. Families welcome au pairs into their homes as extended family members and, benefit not only from individualized, trusted care but exposure to different languages, culture and customs.
Host families share details about their family members, household, neighborhood, and schedule through their online profiles. They submit references, agree to a criminal background check, and undergo an in-home interview with the local childcare consultant (LCC) in their community.
Our au pairs are ages 18-26 years old and come from over 25 different countries all over the world. They arrive in the U.S. with a one-year visa, and the option to extend up to one additional year. Au pairs are motivated to join American families in order to gain valuable work and life experience, improve their English, experience American culture, challenge themselves personally, and gain an American family.
