 s.) to channel their inner superhero and face off at the Amazing Preservati
 on Race for Kids (APR Kids)! The race is a fun, place-focused scavenger hun
 t for the whole family that explores San Antonio's history and architecture
 . Join in and discover the many hidden treasures of Hemisfair! Racers will 
 be given a passport with a map leading them to a series of fun and interact
 ive challenges, including an archaeological dig, tower building, and gondol
 a race.<br /><br />At registration, kids will receive their race packet, wh
 ich includes a race passport and a buff. An adult guardian must remain with
  your racer at all times. Once your party has completed the race, you may c
 ontinue enjoying the park and continue your day. The Yanaguana Garden has a
  splash pad, and Paleteria San Antonio will open at 11 am if you want to en
 joy a refreshing treat after the race!
