 nimals survive in a challenging environment? Stop by to learn more at a tou
 ch table and craft station. All are welcome, but this activity is timed to 
 coincide with Girl Scouts Love State Parks weekend.\n\nLearn about the amaz
 ing ways in which Government Canyon wildlife is adapted to hide from danger
 , find food, and handle extreme temperatures at a wildlife touch table with
  skulls, feathers, pelts, and more. Then use craft supplies to create a cri
 tter of your own design. This is a come-and-go activity open to all during 
 the event times. \n\nWe will have trail maps with suggested routes availabl
 e for troops or families who would like a short hike, as well as a photo sc
 avenger hunt you can use on the trail. \n\nAll ages welcome, but this activ
 ity is best for ages 6-14. Minors must be accompanied by their parent or le
 gal guardian. No pets please.\n \nThis activity meets in the Picnic Pavilio
 n, near the Visitor Center. Lot A or B will be the closest parking.

 urdays can be very busy, and there is often a long line at the Fee Booth. \
 n\nThough the event is free, entrance fees to the Natural Area do apply. We
  often fill to capacity. To ensure entrance and save time at the Fee Booth,
