 r has over 100 published compositions that have been performed internationa
 lly by numerous groups including the Fort Smith Symphony Orchestra, U.S. Ar
 my Band and Orchestra (“Pershing’s Own”), and the U.S. Army Field Band. As 
 a trumpeter, Booker performed for the funerals of President Truman and Pres
 ident Johnson. As the conductor of the 3rd Armored Division Band in Germany
 , Booker conducted ceremonies at Rhein Main Air Force Base for the returnin
 g American hostages from Iran. He also marched in the inauguration parades 
 for George H. W. Bush and William J. Clinton.
