Get ready for a free event for young people of all ages and their families! You're invited to Martin Luther King Jr. Park for the annual MLK Youth Empowerment Summit, proudly chaired by Tunette Powell in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club.

The Youth Empowerment Summit is a joyful, community-rooted celebration, planned by youth for youth, designed to honor Dr. King’s legacy through learning, movement, creativity, and connection. With activities happening throughout the park and inside the Boys & Girls Club, young people and families of all ages and abilities can choose their own experience while engaging with partners, workshops, and events that nourish the whole person.
