Come out to Monte Vista's annual 4th of July Parade & Picnic!
10:15 AM Assemble at the intersection of Howard & East Lynwood
10:30 AM Parade begins, proceeds to Landa Library.
11:00 AM Picnic at Landa that includes:
- Hot dogs from Bill Millers
- Watermelon, ice cream & lemonade courtesy of H-E-B
Activities:
- Face painting & popcorn
- Performance by local Monte Vista band, Arachnophobia
- Star Spangled Banner by the SAC Glee Club
11:15 AM Awards Ceremony and prizes for the following:
Grand Fido
Best Adult costume
Best Child costume
Best Non-motorized float
Best Decorated bike
Best Overall 4th Theme
