Family Yoga is for parents or guardians and children of all ages. This weekly class is a special bonding time where families connect with breath, body and nature together. The practice begins with breathing exercises, followed by individual and partner poses. Age appropriate yoga poses, and family togetherness builds confidence and self-esteem. Class incorporates music and fun yoga games for the entire family. An email with instructions and social distancing protocol will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the start of class. Please keep a minimum of one adult to three child ratios.
