MaryLynn Blanco, Certified Fitness Trainer and Certified KAY (Kidding Around Yoga) instructor will lead your children on a fitness adventure while learning the art of yoga. The class will incorporate cardio, core strength,balance, flexibility, focus, breath and meditation. Your child's one hour session weekly will help them gain body awareness while creating confidence and coordination. Kid Power is a great way to teach children overall mind, body, and health in a calm, caring and loving environment
For children from 2nd to 6th grade, ages 8-12
