Join SA Parks and Rec. for their monthly Starting Out Wild children's nature program at Medina River Natural Area, designed for children aged 4-7 yrs.!
Growing Up Wild provides an early foundation for environmental literacy, building on a child’s sense of wonder about the natural world and invites them to explore both the wildlife and the world around them.
In April, they will be learning about the Texas State Plant, the Prickly Pear Cactus. Children will participate in a Storytime, crafting, and a guided hike during the program.
