This public event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony and family-friendly activities:
-Children's crafts and activities in the new Children's Area
-Teen activities in the new Teen Area
-"Las Palmas Throughout the Years" slideshow in the Peggy Norriss Lee Memorial Meeting Room
-Meet Smarty, SAPL's loveable mascot
-Light refreshments: café, conchas, chocolate caliente, fruta, y agua
-Commemorative digital photo booth
