JC Ultimate Training - Volleyball
Volleyball is more than just serves, sets, digs and spikes, it’s a physically-intense sport that requires superior fitness and incredible conditioning as a foundation. JC Ultimate Training training protocols will help volleyball players to lower the risk of injury, improve first-step quickness, on-court agility and vertical leaping ability. At JC Ultimate Training, youth volleyball players will improve their ability to serve, pass, set, hit and block through improved athleticism and fitness.
JC Ultimate Training delivers a customized mix of injury prevention exercises (designating focus on the hamstrings, lower back, upper back, and shoulders), high-intensity athletic training, sport-specific training protocols and volleyball-specific instruction to make you a better youth athlete and volleyball player and to raise your game to the next level.
