Project H.O.P.E. (Harnessing Optimism and Potential through Education/Employment)
The GGYC workforce development program is designed to help men and women who are preparing to reenter the workforce after incarceration. Our goal and focus is to help with job readiness, soft skills training, high school diploma, certified training, and job placement assistance.
Our case managers will assist in helping with any barriers that stand in each participants and in their family’s way.
The mentoring program is another support system to help each participant reach their goal. Mentors are matched by personality and common likes. They serve as a bridge in the participants transition back into society, helping them to stabilize, rebuild their lives, and eventually achieve self-sufficiency.
