At Aspire San Antonio, our fertility preservation services include egg freezing for social or elective reasons, as well as oncofertility for both men and women. Whether you wish to freeze your eggs or sperm because of personal reasons or you want to preserve your fertility before undergoing cancer treatment, Aspire San Antonio provides a supportive, compassionate experience.

Aspire San Antonio offers several third-party reproductive services, specifically egg donation, sperm donation, and gestational surrogacy. For sperm donation, we work with accredited sperm banks to help aspiring parents find thoroughly screened donors with semen samples that have been quarantined for the appropriate amount of time. For egg donation, we can help aspiring parents procure eggs from agencies, banks, or through our own egg donor program featuring local egg donors. For gestational surrogacy, we facilitate all medical aspects of the process, as well as provide referrals to surrogacy agencies.

The first step towards becoming an egg donor with Aspire San Antonio is to review the requirements and fill out an online application. We will review your application and schedule a phone interview to get a better sense of who you are. Once qualified candidates have completed the application and interview, we will schedule you to begin the screening process, which involves bloodwork, vaginal ultrasound, genetic testing, infectious disease screening, a physical exam, and psychological evaluation.

Just like with women, many factors can cause infertility in men, some of which include structural abnormalities of the reproductive system, sperm production disorders, varicoceles, ejaculatory dysfunctions, and immunologic disorders. At Aspire San Antonio, we work closely with urologists who specialize in male fertility to help diagnose and treat any issues. In some cases, fertility treatments such as IUI, IVF, or ICSI, may be recommended.
