The San Antonio City Council voted in March 2011 to rename Ingram Hills Park for Joan Price, who has been involved with the Ingram Hills Neighborhood Association since its inception in 1988. She has served as president for 13 years. Under her leadership Ingram Hills became a Neighborhood Conservation District, updating antiquated zoning, and recreating their Master Plan.
She was instrumental in establishing Ingram Hills Park, property purchased by the City in 2001. She works closely with the Police Department, City Planning, Code Compliance and elected officials to address neighborhood issues.
