Rancho Cortez

The overnight camp-out is your chance to fully experience pioneer life in the Hill Country, and spend a day living like the cowboys and cowgirls who first settled in the region!

First, you’ll traverse rugged terrain on horseback to your campsite and enjoy a great meal cooked over the campfire. Then, you and your guests will spend the evening completely outdoors, sleeping under the stars (tents available). In the morning, have a hearty Cowboy breakfast while enjoying a pristine daybreak from the same vantage point as South Texas’ first inhabitants — and then ride your horse back to the ranch later in the day. We offer discounts for cabin stays either before or after your Overnight Trail Ride.

Requirements: 6 to 12 people ages 12 and over.
